Phoenix MD was born from a simple belief: healthcare should be personal, accessible, and built around you — not insurance companies.
Phoenix MD Advanced Primary Care was founded by Clint Cornell, PA-C, after more than 25 years in emergency, family, and integrative medicine. Frustrated by the limitations of the traditional healthcare system — the 7-minute appointments, the insurance red tape, the inability to truly know patients — he built something different.
Like the phoenix that rises from the ashes, our practice represents a rebirth of what medicine should be: unhurried, personal, and focused on finding the root cause of illness rather than chasing symptoms. We believe everyone deserves a provider who listens, a care plan built around their life, and transparent pricing with no surprises.
Today, our multidisciplinary team serves patients in Cincinnati and across Ohio through a direct primary care model that puts the patient-provider relationship first.
Every member of our team shares a commitment to root-cause, patient-centered medicine.
